This tool automatically pulls and logs daily pricing for key materials like copper, aluminum, steel, and PVC. It provides a reliable historical data source for material costs and feeds the latest daily pricing directly into the Rapid Estimating Tool.
Simplifies the complex process of calculating electrical loads for mechanical equipment. Users enter equipment parameters, and the tool automatically calculates the results, including feeder sizing, circuit breaker selection, voltage drop, and ambient temperature adjustments.
This tool simplifies the process of calculating conduit and raceway fill. It accounts for different wire types and insulation ratings across all raceway types, and automates calculations based on the NEC and other relevant standards.
This comprehensive tool automates the process of sizing a generator and planning its fuel logistics. It calculates the optimal generator size based on current and future demand while also determining fuel tank size and refueling schedules.

It brings projects and job parameters, office, field, and prefabrication staffing, the direct labor roster, timesheets with analysis, reporting, and exports, project controls, commodity pricing, and the pipe and wire hot sheet into one system, with third-party integrations and automations connecting it all. Multiple tenant-driven workspaces are secured with single sign-on, two-factor authentication, role-based access control, and row-level data security.
