Enterprise Project Controls Platform

A full-stack, cloud-based platform I architected, built, and maintain end to end for mission-critical Data Center electrical construction. It brings projects and job parameters, office, field, and prefabrication staffing, the direct labor roster, timesheets with analysis, reporting, and exports, project controls, commodity pricing, and the pipe and wire hot sheet into one system, with third-party integrations and automations connecting it all. Multiple tenant-driven workspaces are secured with single sign-on, two-factor authentication, role-based access control, and row-level data security.

A taste of the tools: voltage drop

A small, live version of the math inside the feeder and mechanical load tools. Change any input and the result updates instantly. It runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.

Uses the common approximation VD = k × K × I × L ÷ (cmil × sets), with k = 2 for single-phase or √3 for three-phase, K = 12.9 for copper or 21.2 for aluminum, and conductor areas from NEC Chapter 9, Table 8. The NEC’s informational notes suggest keeping drop to about 3% on a feeder or branch circuit and 5% overall.
